The experience with GreatCall has been wonderful. My questions are always answered respectfully. Sometimes I have to wait on the line for a considerable amount of time while someone is helping me, but they always apologize for the long wait time.

I had been researching devices for well over a year. I suffered 2 CVAs/strokes; by chance a neighbor found me as he was walking by and my occupational therapist found me because I had an appointment. I made the decision right there to purchase the Lively Mobile Plus because of the previous research and I had just received my new AARP Bulletin and turned down the corner of the page for the ad. I wish I called sooner ... better late than never.

Great Call's jitterbug 2 is the only cell phone that I was able to learn and understanding how to operate quite easily. the videos, cards, manuals, etc. all tie in together with little confusion from one product aid to another.

This is a great flip phone for the price. We currently have the basic package but as grandpa ages, it's nice to know we can upgrade and add more services. He was able to transfer his cell phone number to this phone. He likes that the numbers are big and he can just sit it inside the charging station safely.

I have to share an amazing experience with a customer service representative by the name of Sharon in Nevada. My mom called in due to an increase in her bill almost triple. I recently moved in with my parents due to my mom becoming ill. While ill I noticed my mom learned how to log onto Facebook at almost 80 years of age and reconnect with some old friends. Since I noticed her logging in on her phone daily, I decided to upgrade her router not realizing she used her wifi from the home router. Well she got an enormous bill and didn't understand how. I called customer service, spoke to Sharon who was nothing but amazing. The ending outcome was she assisted with the problem, saved a customer and is gaining another customer when I switch my dad over. Thank you Sharon for displaying nothing but professionalism

I was on a call this morning with CSR this morning. I believe his name is Rob. He was excellent. He went over all the details of my call, I had received a replacement phone and needed help with setting it up. He never lost his patience know matter how many questions I asked. Customer Service is awesome! I would say that some seniors like my dad should stay with the flip phone and not have a touch device. My dad has trouble swiping up to get to the home screen. The smart phone serves me well, but too many apps stay open, and I have to use the task manager to close applications. Still, great service, and great simple interface.
