Right off the bat the Halo 5 has so much better battery life than our former Halo collar. Charging is a breeze with the magnetic snap-on connector. No more fumbling with USB C plugs that may slide out after connecting. You also don't have to slide a silicone cover off the charging port to access the recharging area. The collar is lighter, less bulky and fits our dogs better. I'm impressed with the upgrade for certain.

I loved my halo 3, though had some minor triangulation issues initially. I have had no issues with the halo 5. I had to readjust my beacons because they reached further on the new collar. I absolutely love the increased battery life and the collar is more lightweight. The magnetic charger is also larger and seems to work better.

I’m so impressed with the Halo 5! The previous models were good, but this one blows me away. The GPS responds quicker, I have had no missignals when the dog is in the house, and the battery life is incredible. One night I forgot to put it on the charger and the next morning I still had 26 hours of battery life. I love all of the improvements!

We have used the Halo Collar system with our springerdoodle and goldendoodle, Foley and Basil, for nearly 2 years now. We began with Foley in Fall 2023 and then added Basil to our fur crew Summer 2024. The Halo Collar system and phone app are by far one of the easiest systems to set up and navigate - even for the tech-challenged! It has overall been FAR LESS expensive than a traditional buried wire fence system and our dogs respond to the collars and system prompts incredibly well. The flexibility in changing fence perimeters and adding multiple fences to your account when traveling is AMAZING. Training for the pups and customer support is top notch. Hands down one of the best investments we’ve ever made for our dogs!

Halo upped their game! I started my Halo journey with a Halo 3. It was good. The Halo 4 was a nice improvement. The Halo 5... This is a full level up! Bluetooth is highly responsive. Fence feedback is there when you need it and seems to be the most accurate of all the collars to date! Meaning, my dog is more safely able to play near the fence w/o getting an inadvertent feedback but still gets feedback in a timely manner if she tries to bolt. It also works so much better with the remote beacon, which allows my dog ultimate freedom when we are walking/hiking in an area where she can be off leash.

Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable

The team at Halo has offered the best customer service we've ever received at any business. One of our collars had a malfunction, before I even knew there was a problem Halo had pinpointed the issue and shipped a new collar. Working with this company has been a breeze. It eases our minds knowing our pups are safely contained in our yard.

Have called only twice both times regarding a remote beacon. First time was to clarify setup and most recently because remote wasn’t working. Both customer service folks were pleasant, professional and able to resolve my issue right away. And, regarding the remote beacon that wasn't working I am receiving a new one at no charge! Love this collar!
