I had an issue with a dead collar, they are shipping me a replacement and have been very helpful with the process. I love the collars and have multiple dogs each with a collar. This was a great investment and customer service has been exceptional.

Halo collars are a great solution for large yards/properties where the cost to install fencing is too high. It’s also great when traveling with your dog to family or vacation bc you can make fences for any location. My only issue is the older collars have had charging issues and died abruptly. While this has been a considerable inconvenience, the customer service specialists have gone above and beyond to help me get replacements. Thanks, Jacqueline!

The "dog Park" is great. I love seeing and talking directly to the customer service people. Both times in the park today the Rep was supper helpful and courteous.
