I wrote a review already but I will again. I can refresh quilt hangers they are on back order and I was still charged for them and they won’t be here until May. It is sad that I was charged and they won’t be here for several months.

We do take the necessary precautionary steps when packaging orders. Unfortunately, from time to time during the shipping process this may happen. We do apologize if you received your order with any damaged/broken hangers. I did see communication with Customer Service last week, and apologize again to you if no further follow up has occurred. I have reached out to the department and you should be contacted today by Customer Service. We will resolve this quickly, we want you to feel confident you purchased quality hangers from us. We do value your business and appreciate your feedback regarding this order. If this is handled to your satisfaction, we hope you consider updating your review. Thank you again for choosing hangers.com
