Disappointed. I have not noticed any improvement while using Hapbee.

I got this as a present, however after over half hour trying to pair it to my phone Bluetooth either via QR scan or manually keying in the SN I gave up. Not willing to waste my time this way any longer. I have never encountered a Bluetooth enabled device that won’t pair one way or the other with my phone. Let alone such an expensive one. Noting device SN: A114920. I don’t recommend Hapbee for this reason. Get this issue sorted out.

I am giving a one star review simply because I have emailed Hapbee twice regarding an invoice I have received from FedEx for £66.00 for duty and tax. As there is nothing to inform a purchaser from outside of the US that there would be this extra charge I am not ‘Happy’ at all. I have not received a reply. I have been using the Hapbee for 10 days and so far I think it’s brilliant.

We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the product! Sorry to hear your Fedex experience. Unfortunately customs and duties for international shipments isn't something we have a great deal of control over. We are looking into ways to simplify this for you.

This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered the product and it worked OK until they tried to update it . Then it never worked again. I tried to work with them and I never got anywhere. I returned the device in November, 2021. Since accepting the return THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO BILL ME $19 EVERY MONTH FOR A "SUBSCRIPTION" FOR A DEVICE I RETURNED. AND EVERY MONTH I DISPUTE THIS CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. Save yourself this stupid, insane problem and don't buy this.

I have tracked my sleep with the Oura ring to test Hapbee. I’m not saying the Hapbee doesn’t work for some people but it definitely doesn’t work to enhance my sleep, according to Oura. I never feel a difference using the Hapbee either, regardless of mode.

Still haven't received it. It as ordered on the April 19th today is May 3rd. And I get this email to rate it. Maybe you guys should focus on the shipping part more than the reviews.

They received my return as stated in their return policy but still no refund 2 weeks later. I doubt that I'll ever see the money and if so I'll repost. Their phone is ALWAYS busy so no one answers and the chat line is never working. If it smells like a rat it probably is a rat. This is a follow up review so after a month of waiting for my refund customer service sends me an email to review them, So of course I did and while I did FINALLY get the refund it was only after my bank contacted them. You still cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service so I stand firmly behind my original post!
