The material came in a timely fashion, was packaged to make sure it would not be damaged, and the quality is top notch. Could not be happier.

The website and ordering process was great. I was surprised that the cost of shipping a 5’ long closet rod was $45! However, the price of the rod was only $16. So I guess that the overall cost was ok.

Thank you for your review! We do not like the high shipping costs either. Some places hide the shipping cost by increasing the rod price to $70, we try to be transparent as possible with fair pricing.
