The shirt was beautiful and well made. HOWEVER, the sizing was a travesty. I can’t imagine in what universe this shirt is considered a XXL. It was at best a LARGE and an argument can be made that it’s a loose fitting MEDIUM.

No one charges a restocking charge on internet sales.

I can only rate on my experience THIS time around. I ordered a pair of bucks, to have expeditiously, paying accordingly. Day I was to have them was called by someone at Haspel to say they weren’t coming due to an imperfection in product— A nice gesture as it was appreciated, of course. But was a necessary item for an event and I had to do without.

My transaction with Haspel was unnecessarily and needlessly challenging. I experienced 5 specific obstacles; first - I attempted to purchase a suit (i.e. pants & jacket). I was able to select and place both the pants and the jacket in my cart. It was not until I completed my check-out I learned the jacket was no longer available in my size. Second, the "Shop" service Hapsel leverages required me to complete a separate registration process with multiple steps of identity registration / verification plus also download and re-register and re-validate my identity with the "Shop" mobile application to actually track my transaction. It was far more repeated steps than on any other on-line service I'm aware. Third, I paid for the 2nd day air delivery. Unfortunately, only 1 of my items was delivered 2nd day - the remaining items came weeks later. Fourth, I registered on the Haspel website and asked to be notified with the jacket I would like is back in stock. Although I received validated of my registration, when I attempt to sign-in, the Haspel website does not recognize me nor does it recognize my email address. Fifth, with my shipping, "Shop", and Haspel website challenges I attempted to call Haspel directly with the phone number provided. Their service hours are limited and I experienced protracted hold times requiring me to end my call prior to actually speaking with anyone. .

They were tight and I would like to exchange them and nobody returned my emails.

I decided not to purchase due to the high cost of shipping.

Have not received my product yet and no email since August 27 of expected date of arrival and shipping information
