My order was a Christmas gift and never…
My order was a Christmas gift and never came. Received an email that they will be sending me one out and they were very sorry for any inconvenience. When I received it I gave it to my granddaughter and she loved it.

The company was extremely responsive to the concerns over my order which was supposed to arrive before Christmas. They explained to me that they had a problem with inventory and promptly compensated me for the inconvenience.
