I received a voucher as soon as the notification came out that the flight was delayed. Unfortunately, the flight has already boarded and we sat at the gate the entire time so I was unable to use the voucher.

Great Job! I decided to go for the gusto and get the Lifetime plan, even tho I've yet to use this service. I was accidentally double-charged. The matter was remedied with a personal email lickety-split before I reached out to address it myself. Although, I never want a delayed flight. I hope this truly is an awesome way to survive if it happens, Good work.

This was our first flight after signing up. We arrived extra early and, although initially a bit annoyed to find our flight was delayed, I remembered to check for a message from VacayDelay. Sure enough, we had instructions to a lounge and passes to help us relax while waiting. It was a lovely treat. Thank you.
