Product does absolutely nothing.

The care team did not answer within 3 hours as promised and did not answer any questions other than a generic response.

They still have not called me and I have been waiting since yesterday morning early in the morning at that. They respond only with the same messages won't give me a refund won't call in my prescription I am still waiting the didn't have any problem accepting my money though for sure . . . This is a joke and a ripoff BEWARE

If you are over 60, it is a Waste of your money! Simple uti. No other diseases or issues. Dr responded ‘due to age’ not …safe? See a Dr in person. Dr responded 6 minutes after submitted. CIST $65.00 RIPOFF!!!!!

Nothing wirks

Do not spend your money here unless you like wasting money. These people are scam artists. It’s been 6 days and there still holding my money.

Hellowisp takes so long to process orders, I could cry from my UTI pain. I was having a severe UTI and googled for the quickest UTI prescription site. Hellowisp came up first and advertised that they take “Up to 3 hours” to prescribe the medication. However, that is very misleading. They most likely take 3 hours to process orders if not more. The site also listed a pharmacy near me for their selections but I was contacted an hour later saying that the pharmacy does not exist. Please use TelaDoc instead. They are much more responsive and faster.
