Have not been able to contact support. I purchased the box on Sep 23 and have not received it.

Absolute nightmare. Placed an order on April 4th. Had to fight with their support to even send me the box. Once I had the box I sent it in, and their order status tracker stayed "pending" for months. They told me June 4th they'd have my media digitized "next week". No updates. I fought with support for 2 days to get any reply at all. They finally told me they'd send the media back, which I'm certain I'll have to fight to get them to do. They don't appear to have ever digitized the media, and I've replied to them to confirm I'll be refunded if they won't digitize the media. No response. Likely will need to dispute the charge with my bank. Your memories are worth more than this service. Don't trust them with your things.

This was a great company to work with. Assured me my vhs tapes would be safe (they were) and walked me through a few specific questions i had. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent digitization company. We have used them twice. Great customer service very responsive and high quality vhs digitizing service.
