I highly recommend high risk pay to anyone that is looking for a merchant and my rep Julie is the best her customer service is excellent. Whenever I have a problem she is always on top of it and gets it fixed she is the best.

Julie has been so amazing to work with! She is extremly knowladgeable and able to answer all of our questions. She made our sign up process so easy, and explained all terms in a simple, understandable way. Julie is also very responsive and answers our emails pronmptly, and calls us back in a timely manner - if shes not available to get on the phone right when we call. Also, I love that she reaches out to us to make sure everything is running smoothly and asks us if there is anything she could do to help. Its wonderful to have someone on the merchant end that is there for us, understands our business, and guides us through anything we need! Thank you Julie & High Risk Pay!
