The plaque did not live up to the expectations of item that was offer , I was lured into thinking that it was a resin half statue that was to hang on the wall not a picture that was glued on behind plastic glass .

It was cute gift but didn’t even last 3 days it’s not for a keychain. Two of the little people fell off broke off. For 30 dollars I expect better.

I ordered something for my wife’s birthday way back in April thinking it would get here on time and I have still not even received what I ordered. Didn’t know it was coming from over seas. You have some cool products but I will not be ordering anything again.

Ordered as a gift for Mother’s Day and was here six days after. Ordered on 4/13, so I had given almost a full month lead time. Saw tracking that it was not even in the country before holiday. So I had to buy something else locally to replace. Now I have two gifts that I can’t give as intended. Will not order from company again know it can’t be here in a timely manner.

Horrible. No phone number for contacts. Couldn't track order. Wait days for replies via email.

Customer service is good. Haven’t received my order though. They did give me a perfila refund so far. Order 2-12 so it’s been a month. Guess we’ll see how long it takes or if it shows up at all.

Was sent the wrong ornament and although they eventually corrected the problem it was received in January after Christmas so will keep for next year. Had to show proof to get it corrected.

It is cute, but the strong chemical smell was so overwhelming we had to keep in the garage to air out.
