Avoid this site. This is my experience. I wanted a stock plan as a baseline design to take it to my engineer. I spent several weeks trying to narrow down the design for my home construction only to realize that this site doesnt respond to any queries whatsoever. They have one person for the support that doesnt have the very basic knowledge about the designs.
