Houswise’s customer service was prompt and professional when I had to cancel 2 orders. They made it quick, easy and painless. I respect that in an age when a company can make it very difficult to return or cancel items! I will shop with them in the future.

I’m using my fire pit in my fireplace…
I’m using my fire pit in my fireplace and it works great. I would suggest getting the extender was longer use I even bought a second one as a gift and they love it

It was a great purchase
It was a great purchase! Easy to order and the communication was great. The Fire Pit was delivered without a hitch and works as advertised. We set it up in an older fireplace that is no longer to code and the flame height is perfect!
