Its been 2 months and my drum has not arrived

I did not receive my product yet !!!!

I ordered a drum and received a pocket sized medical guide in a small envelope with a shipping label stating the package was 6lbs. I tried contacting Hue Drum and they never replied. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IT IS A SCAM.

I have been waiting for the order for more than one month, at some point of time support stopped responding my emails. No drum, no reaction.

Very bad, I ordered one for my daughter on her birthday, I received it without the sticks and the kids couldn’t play with it, and after sending lots of emails nobody answered it !

I never got my drum shipment, and Hue drum first said "wait a while more," then said "it's lost in shipment, we'll send you another" but never did, then said "we're sending another one" but I've never gotten it. I wouldn't trust them ever again.

I bought it on August 21st and so far I haven't received it. The DHL does not respond to my emails. Disappointing.
