Unfair billing practices. I canceled my subscription to Hyper AI on the exact end date of my free trial, yet I was still automatically charged $49. This is unacceptable and lacks transparency. I have already canceled the service, and charging my card after cancellation is completely unauthorized. I demand a full refund immediately. Be very careful before linking your credit card to this service.

Hyper has been huge for our small marketing team. We don’t have a big ops team or dedicated analysts, so having agents that can help with reporting, research, campaign work, and summaries saves us a ton of time. It gives us a level of leverage we wouldn’t normally have.

It can interpret your end goal, reason through it, then build and execute, even if it has to create a completely unique path, it doesn’t stop until there’s a solution. It’s not just a fancy UI or preset platform. The way it uses reasoning and automation instead of prebuilt workflows is what makes it feel like it can handle almost anything. On top of that, Elliot, the CEO, actually goes above and beyond to make sure every user is heard. Instead of building some generic company and letting AI handle customer service, he’s actively involved in making sure the platform evolves around real user needs.
