Scam Doesn’t work. Keep taking money even after trying to cancel subscription. Don’t even answer email

Ripped off
I did the survey and paid for it but it won’t let me log in without paying again. They are now taking money from me every month for a service I’ve never received. I have emailed them so many times but no reply.
