I brought Telescopic Tube for my vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately received faulty item. When I vacuum the telescope is unstable and I have reported by email. I send videos and photos but they don’t reply to me. Do not buy anything from them. Customer service is very poor. They are based in china.

Oublier la garantie, personne ne répondra à vos messages et la qualité du produit est désastreuse. Les roues ne tiennent pas après 4 mois, le panneau à rébus casse, les ressorts sur le manche pour retirer le bout du vacuum se brise. Bref tout se brisent et impossible de parler à qui se soit. Vraiment décevant comme produit

This vacuum cleaner only whistle to give the impression of increased power, but in reality it barely collects crumbs from the carpet. Wasted money, not worth buying. It only looks similar to Dyson and nothing more, I have never seen such a weak vacuum cleaner anywhere, even unbranded, the cheapest ones are better

After 15 month of using a their cordless vacuum twice a week the battery life is about 10 minutes. Contact them many times because of the 3 years warranty. No return at all.

FINGER WEG von Buture! Viel zu viel Geld für Schrott! Ich habe das Produkt direkt nach Erhalt im Thema Qualität bemängelt. Damals war der Kundenservice sehr aktiv und kontaktfreudig. Sie besänftigten meine Bedenken mit 2 kostenfreien Ersatzakkus und einer Turbodüse für Tierhaarentfernung. Ca. ein halbes Jahr später war der Motor defekt. Auch da war der Kundenservice noch erreichbar und berichtete von mehreren, gleichlautenden Kundenbeschwerden. Ich bekam also einen neuen Motor - fein. Aber wieder kurze Zeit später ein neuer Defekt am Bodenelement. Nun bekomme ich seit Monaten und nach mehrzähligen Anläufen auf diverse E-Mail Adressen keine Antwort! Alle stellen sich tot! Als Kunde bist du nun total aufgeschmissen! (KAUF über AMAZON)

Ordered a spare battery as the batteries are rubbish and do not last long, after a month of ordering the battery still no show and company did not reply to my messages, advise to others who get no reply, get your Bank to reverse the Payment which i did, My Bank gave me my payment back the next day and contacted Buture to see what they had to say, i take it they did not respond and i got my money back, stay well clear of their products.
