The broker was awesome! Things got a bit annoying when the underwriter set two appointments with me and never called the first time and was late by almost 45 minutes for the second one. Otherwise, the process was quick and smooth.

The whole process should be explained and understood. I had to learn what was next as it came at me. Maybe training of the sales guys on the complete process

The process was pretty easy until the very last step where we ran into a few complications. However, I LOVED the visibility and clarity of the rates and options. It was great to know what we were getting into at what rate BEFORE anything was signed. We also received wonderful support with the onboarding process with a specific point of contact that was very responsive and helpful.
