The worst customer experience imaginable. It was impossible to get a straight answer about the course I wanted to attend. It took several attempts to get a human on the phone, none of whom understood my request to join a social media course in New York, not Philadelphia! I don't know how my office manager finally got a hold of someone, but it was a miracle that we were even able to attend. Would not recommend.

To serve questions out-of-hours, Imparture had been working with a provider to provide out-of-hours support. Whilst we had provided them with detailed scripts to help assist our customers enquiries, in practice they had been struggling to respond and on this occasion was the reason for your poor experience. To address this, we've since replaced the out-of-hours receptionist with a voicemail box and commit to responding to customers within 24 hours (the majority are contacted within 12 hours).
