This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I placed my order only after receiving confirmation from the company that the item was available in stock. Based on that confirmation, I paid the full amount immediately. After that, I waited for several days with no shipment and no meaningful updates. I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to find out what was happening. Finally, after all that time, they informed me that the item was actually not available. They eventually refunded my payment, but because of exchange rate and transaction fees, I lost approximately USD 150 through no fault of my own. I was never compensated for that loss, despite the fact that it resulted from their inaccurate stock confirmation and poor order management. What makes this even more disappointing is that, after this experience, they sent me an email asking me to leave a review. My experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unreliable inventory management. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company, especially if you are an international customer, as you may face unnecessary delays, cancellations, and financial losses. I strongly encourage potential customers to be very cautious and to think carefully before placing an order with this company

Order placed 10/28 for two hi-vis jackets. The first one, manufactured in Ireland, arrived in about two weeks. However, it was a woman's jacket as the zipper pull was on the left. That got returned. I'm still waiting for the jacket made in the USA. They have no way to call them directly. They only use an answering service. Do not buy from this company unless you want an exercise in frustration.
