I don't think I can stress enough just how happy I am with my decision to get my fiancee's engagement ring from Indy Facets. From the very beginning, Shaun was incredible to work with. He was very patient in dealing with all of my questions and design requests, and didn't stop designing until I was 100% satisfied with the ring. When I first contacted him, I only had a vague idea of what kind of ring I wanted to get. He was able to take that minimal description and turn it into a ring that my fiancee (and everybody else who sees it!) absolutely loves!
