I'm not entirely happy with the fact that my playmat didn't get to my house til 3 weeks after I ordered it. I knew it wasn't going to make it for Christmas but I didn't expect it to take 3 weeks to ship.

Product print lacked the contrast present in the source image, making it very difficult to make out finer details on the play mat.

Purchasing was easy, delivery was prompt. The quality of one may was outstanding, the other was not great.

I ordered 1 day DELIVERY shipping but it took almost 3 days AND I had to pick it up. Nonetheless, their products are still amazing and the support team is really fast to respond

I have a positive and “kinda” negative review for my 36”x36” custom battle mat. First the quality of the physical mat seems very good! Nice and thin, it lays perfectly flat and smooth zero complaints about that. I think any of the pre generated graphics would be amazing additions to a gamers collection! Ok so the negative The image quality of my mat is not the greatest. As it was a custom mat I can accept the fact that I may have failed in my preparation of the submitted image. My complaint lays in the editing and preview add on I purchased. The edges of my image are “blurry” and almost look “pixelated”. This result was a bit of a surprise and something I feel the editing process would look for and address. The image preview was small and the quality issue mentioned above was not visible. It isn’t so bad I would return the product but kinda wonder what was the point of the editing and preview package and did I waste my money on it.

The top and bottom edges of my playmat look like they were cut poorly. It could be because it is a dark colored playmat, but the cuts look choppy and the edges are starting to fray already. I have an Ultra-pro playmat also without stitched edges, and it looks much better than the Inked Gaming playmat I purchased. Fulfillment took longer than expected, and the price was high especially when considering the end result.

Average, they have you select a favorite color before ordering, selected blue as my gf favorite color is blue and it was a gift. every thing that had the option of being a custom color was green. the items we received were about the same value as we payed for the box. If the value to cost ratio is not better then it would make more sense to just pick out our own items and get what we specifically want. not overly pleased with the quality of some of said items, the green hard deck box was cracked upon opening, the premade deck included lacked any cards of substance, basically the set booster packs and the silicone dice(again green not blue) were the highlight of said box. Could of been worse, value was lacking overall in my opinion
