Series 11 dell black ink for 948
My black cartridge leaked onto my printer. I called your number and it said all operators were busy and to call later. I'm not buying anything else from you guys unless you make it right.

The cartridges fit nicely however my computer would not recognise them. I gave up and bought another printer.

I don't trust this site...sorry
when I tried to unsubscribe I only got: "The given key was not present in the dictionary." That does not give one confidence. Plus I have no recollection of having purchased ink from you. I always to go Epson directly.
