Instructor was passionate about teaching

This was the best CPR renewal I've ever been a part of, and I say that sincerely. There are always going to be instructors who aren't invested in the material and aren't excited to be doing the class early on a Saturday morning. Our instructor in Bloomington, MN on 10/29 was fantastic. He was engaged and tried to recreate a real-life scenario as best as possible. He was open to questions and very helpful.

Shad Kirshenbaum was GREAT. Class was very thorough and effectively quick. I am now very comfortable and at peace of mind in utilizing CPR in any needed case.

I had my class in Kissimmee. The instructor, Shad, was amazing and explained everything perfectly.

Very instructive and fun class. It was easy to follow through and learn proper techniques.
