1st blood work went through fine, but took 2 weeks. 2nd time, No update on my blood work for 4+ weeks. Tried contacting support by phone, email and chat. No answer. Paperwork for labs needs to be printed out - what?? For the price I expected more.

I purchased two subscriptions for me and my husband, but only one would work. I firstly had no response, but now I have one that I can't understand, and no response to a further inquiry. And I still can't upload results.

It's taking forever to get my mobile blood draw scheduled. So I'm disappointed that it's taking so long. I don't hear back from anybody for days.

Customer service is essentially nonexistent. Responses are very delayed, and not well organized. I would explain what my issue is, would hear nothing back, and then three days later I would get an email asking "How did we do? Have we resolved your problem to your satisfaction?" Just ridiculous...

It's been nearly a month and I still haven't received by DNA package and I am unable to get my money back. Customer support hotline is constantly busy and their support chat feature consistently says "Nobody is able to help you right now, thanks!". Emailed them multiple times, asking where my order is with no response. Their general idea is great, but people worship these guys and I really do not understand why or how. Their support team is absolutely terrible if it even exists, and their products take months to ship and receive. Literal months. It's not worth the nearly $400 you'll spend buying a thorough package.

You pay $100+ for nothing. The blood scan takes 7 days to be processed. In the end, you receive the same data as in your scan, just visualised in pointless graphs. Plus a few generic health tips. DNA service is also nothing special, you can get much more data in Promethease. On top of that i asked for a refund, and they simply ignored my request.

Hello, thank you for sharing feedback about InsideTracker. The graphs that you receive with your blood scan indicate your "optimized zones" - these focus areas for each biomarker are more detailed than a typical blood test and allow you to strive to reach the best levels for you specifically. I would also suggest linking your fitness tracker, turning on notifications to receive daily ProTips, and creating an Action Plan. Each recommendation is generated by a scientific engine and has an impact score of how effective that action will be at changing your biomarkers. I hope this helps you to gather further value from your results!

Doesn’t integrate with Apple Watch for the other half of the metrics (sleep and activity/exercise). Great concept, but missing a big piece without syncing data from the worlds most prolific smart watch.
