On 5/26/2023 technician Tyson completed the first service and since then bug activities dramatically reduced; but as Tyson warned me there still could be some bugs pop up. It's true then I called the company for re-service within two weeks after first service. On Jun 20, technician Frank came and re-do service following their service standards. All technicians delivered professional services.

I was visited by one of their door to door salesmen. I signed up on a Wednesday night, read the contract that same night, had a question about pricing, phoned the salesman and did not receive a reply. I cancelled the contract by e-mail early Thursday. On Friday, I arrived home to see a door hanger notice, unfilled and unsigned, that said that a service person had attended. I phoned Insight and told them that I had cancelled the contract. They apologized and said that they had “missed” my email, but that there would be no charge and the contract was cancelled. Today, I received an email saying that they had performed the services and a bill for those services. Then they sent a “reminder” for payment. I sent them another email setting out the facts and stating that I did not feel that I should have to pay. It now appears that they have put the charge through on my credit card. First, they should have processed the cancellation. Second, it appears that they trespassed on my property to perform the services, assuming that they were performed. Third, they charged my credit card after they said that they would not. I will initiate a complaint with my credit card company. I do not recommend this company. Update: June 12 I spoke with their customer service and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. My only advice would be to be very careful when dealing with the door to door salespersons. What is the total cost of the service? What is the cancellation fee? I can't comment on the quality of the actual pest control services.

I did not receive a e-mail contract from Cole. Christopher the tech was fairly thorough.
