I took a long time to arrive. I ordered a vinyl sleeve and it is not made of standard material, it is paper so it is flimsy and cannot hold itself up, I had to add in cardboard to be able to use it. I have had my order a few weeks and the ink smell does not go away & it very strong.

The print quality was good but it has a bad smell that still doesn't go away and the carboard they use to make it is so weak and flimsy, i don't recommend and will not be buying from here again. Also took a month to get to me and after the month passed to ask about my tracking info took days to get to me

Usually don't have a problem with this company but the last record I order when it plays it has background noises like the way it would sound if an old record was really worn sent message to customer service haven't gotten anything back besides an AI response.

Cover material is flimsy but the vinyl itself is just poor quality. All tracks were edited to fit the within the length specified and all to an adequate volume. However when manufacturing the vinyl they’ve compressed all of the tracks damaging the quality and volume whilst leaving massive gaps from the outer and inner circles of the vinyl.

I still haven't received my item!

The vinyl I received is good but has a few issues. First problem is there's an awful hum coming from the vinyl, it's not coming from my vinyl player. Second it has an awful warble to it, so if theres singing or notes it sounds like it's slowing down and speeding up. Again nothing to do with my vinyl player. I know it's lathed cut so it's not going to be absolutely amazing sounding but didn't think it would sound this bad. And third thing is I never received my "Making Of" video which is really annoying so I would like the £35 back from that. The good things: The vinyl looks amazing! And the art work is good quality. Wouldn't buy vinyls from this company again!

The second song on side A had a glitch… The second song on side A had a glitch where 1 second of the song is repeated...a defect that isn't on the WAV file. We checked and it is not a skip or physical defect in the vinyl - it was in whatever transfer of the digital file to the cut into the vinyl. The record cover was flimsy with no spine, I thought it would be cardboard - I must've not read the description very well. Otherwise not bad though for a quick $90 experiment/test to see how the files we have sound of vinyl. I'm getting them remastered for vinyl before trying again

This was a disappointing experience all around. I made sure to label the track files and uploaded them, and ordered them, so they were correct and the records came in the incorrect order completely. I also spent a lot of time creating high res album art and was disappointed by the quality and materials of the sleeve. The sound is also very quiet. I could have lived with the quiet and the quality of the sleeve if the tracks were in order, but that was just wrong. I wrote to support and received and nice response that they would review and work to fix the issue. Instead that was the last I heard for 8 months. So now they get my bad review.
