It was impossible to get a hold of customer service. I texted the number that is given and never did get a response. I also emailed and waited 4 days for a response. I am happy with the actual water bottle though.

Truthfully I don’t believe this bottle actually does what it claims. I’ve had hydrogen water on many occasions before purchasing this and this does not have the look or the taste that I’ve gotten from using tablets or a real high quality hydrogen generator. I would love to see some proof that this actually works because I did not feel, taste, or notice a difference from drinking the water before or after running the “cycle”

The bottle works. I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours of ordering, but received no response from seller. Called and left messages, still no response. Now that order has been delivered, I get emails all the time. Feels like deceptive business practices.

Bottle leaked into electronics on second use, was advised to let dry out 24 hrs. Did that still dont function correctly. Sometimes the self cleaning comes on with first touch. Asked for replacement was told again the let dry out or send video of problem. 150 for a water bottle should have sent replacement and pre postage for return. Bought the echo go. Zero problems longer battery, its well worth the extra 100 bucks. I give this 2 stars only because of the capability of being able to breathe the hydrogen design. Not sure if it actually works though. Spend the extra and buy the echo go!!!

It took 3-4 weeks for the product to arrive. But really what has troubled us is that the battery is needing to be charged much more frequently now. Like almost every 3-4 times after I “charge” the water I am having to recharge the battery. I emailed them the problem and was told to send a video of the problem. How do I video that? After 2-3 emails with them, I just gave up.

The CEO reached out and offered to help with any queries? Generic email of course but i asked a question anyway...Is there anything proprietary about the products ion are selling or are they simply marking up (exorbitantly i might add) and on selling others products? ....no response. Anyway i am reasonably happy with my overpriced 14oz but swiftly returned the pitcher as it was full of plastic which we are trying to eliminate in all areas. 100% was not refunded and i paid for postage so all up i am down over $100 AUD.

I like the bottle, but service is absolutely terrible. My first order took 4 weeks to arrive and the only answer I could get back was it was in production. I ordered a 2nd one because my first was over the holidays so I chalked up delay's to that chaos. I'm now 5 weeks since that order and have asked a few times for a simple ETA and barely got a response that it will be 3 more weeks. Expectations are key and we all know you order these in China so just be honest and give an expectation that is realistic. I won't be buying anything else from this company going forward.
