Ordering process was simple and was delivered through USPS and tracking updates provided. The white seal that is on the bottom of the bottle has had to be adjusted a few times because there were small leaks (on both our bottles) but working well after that. Too soon for any benefits yet, other than encouraging us to drink even more water.

The bad news... I'm now on my third ion bottle in a matter of 4 months as I've had issues with the batteries malfunctioning. I'm not sure if there was just a bad batch, or I just have bad luck. However, here is the reason I've stuck with ion bottles and something that doesn't happen a lot these days..... The good news is that Ion bottles customer service is second to none. They have fully rectified the situation right away and without a giant headache. Their response is very timely and they truly value their customers. Thank you Ion bottle for caring about the consumer!

I had an issue with my ion bottle pro not charging. After going through some trouble shooting with the customer care representative. It was determined that I had a defective bottle. A new bottle was sent out as a replacement, and the new one worked as expected. I am very pleased with replacement bottle and have told everyone I know how great the hydrogen water has made me feel.

My experience is a positive one. Have not noticed any affects of the Hydrogen infused H2O on my performance. Looking forward to some more positive experience. I'm curious, How many PPB does it take to improve performance? It seems like, with the cannula that your not getting the medical benefit that you should.

Great experience using this product, didn’t realize the importance of Hydrogen infused water before it. Easy to use and wash. I would only suggest to expedite delivery.

I’ve had my bottle for a week now. So far I like it. The water tastes great. I subtracted 1 star because it arrived with a dent on the lid. Other than that it’s good so far.
