I am a leadership coach with a breadth of experience in business and communication. The goal of leadership coaching is to increase your life satisfaction. From improving your work life to recovering from trauma, I can help you understand your strengths, adapt to your weaknesses and achieve your goals. The coaching process is much more pragmatic than therapy (and an excellent complement if you're seeing a therapist) and designed to be results-oriented.I am a trained life coach, certified in Energy Leadership, and a Master's degree in communication. I've been a mentor in business for decades, focused on growing individuals into leaders in Silicon Valley.Practically, I've worked as both a marketing exec and consultant in Silicon Valley for the last 30 years, and I'm incredibly committed to helping my clients succeed.I'm an avid crochet hobbyist in my "spare time," and I love doing improv. Nothing makes life better than finding ways to laugh. I'm a mom of a newly-hatched adult and, therefore, a new empty-nester. I have too many cats and live in Santa Cruz, California.Reach me at [email protected].
