Wish I didn't have to give any stars!! 😞
When I re-ordered my meds it wouldn't give me an option to get the next doses, instead gave me only (starting dose for ) AND same beginning dose for the next 3 months instead of increasing it as instructed on previous supply even after being told the "doctor" would make it right AND paying $599!! Still hoping they make it right.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration.
It appears the dose you purchased is the dose you were clinically approved for, and the vial provided contains the full amount of medication based on that approved plan. If a different dosing schedule is followed than what was prescribed, the vial may not last the full intended duration.
If you’d like, our team can review your plan with you to ensure everything aligns and discuss next steps. You can reach us at 888-859-2882 or [email protected] We truly appreciate you choosing Bliv.

Wrong Medication, No Consent, and Ignored Requests to send out correct order or give a full refund (they did nothing)
I returned to Bliv after a previous good experience. I often recommended their company to others and referred multiple people who paid for their products. What I thought was helpful customer service and a product that worked now feels like a bait and switch. This order was completely wrong, and their treatment of me has been unacceptable. I have yet to speak with an executive leader or supervisor regarding the representative “Holly,” who damaged my experience and created a major issue for me as a customer.
I clearly stated my dosage progression (12.5 mg) for my reorder from the previous month (10 mg). Instead, I received a 30 mL vial labeled for a 5 mg dose containing a compounded mixture of tirzepatide and another substance (“cyline”) that was never disclosed or listed on the website at the time of purchase. I was not contacted or given the opportunity to approve any changes. The provider did not call or email me to explain what “cyline” is or to obtain my consent before changing my prescription.
The vial also appeared significantly underfilled (approximately 20–25% full) and did not match my prescribed progression or the vial I received last month for my 10 mg dosage (or any prior orders). I kept my previous vials for comparison, which clearly show the difference.
I contacted the pharmacy (Perfection Rx), and they confirmed that the provider, Jessica Flechner, changed my order from the previous month. They also stated that my prior prescription could have been honored if it had not been altered and that the provider should have contacted me first. I was not contacted for either this order or the previous one before the prescription was submitted.
When I attempted to resolve this the day the vial arrived, a representative (Holly) hung up on me because I refused to accept the formulation. My two follow-up emails were also ignored. I have since contacted Klarna to assist in recovering the funds (over $600) for the product I paid for, and I am filing complaints at both the state and federal levels.
Under medical advisement from my primary doctor, I was instructed not to take the medication due to these discrepancies. I have not opened the vial. I have kept the product properly stored and will retain it as evidence if necessary. I am not a test subject—I am a patient trying to improve my health. No one has the right to switch medications without my knowledge or consent.
This situation raises serious concerns about transparency, informed consent, and patient safety. I was willing to continue doing business with this company, but only if issues were addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. It is alarming to think a different medication could be sent without disclosure from one month to the next.
This type of conduct may constitute a “bait and switch” and deceptive practice. Under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45), “unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce… are hereby declared unlawful.”
I have initiated a dispute and filed complaints due to the lack of response and resolution. The company is based in Utah. If you are experiencing similar issues, consider contacting your state consumer protection office, the Utah Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ASAP!
UPDATE (Response to Company) 05-01-26
Thank you for your response (finally). I appreciate the acknowledgment that "I should have been clearly informed of any changes" because that is the core issue. The provider never contacted me and made changes without my direct (in-person) permission! A general notice in a patient portal is not the same as direct communication or informed consent for a change to an individual prescription, especially when it involves adding another substance and altering the dosage progression.
I did not receive what I ordered (and this was a reorder from last months order) or what aligns with my prescribed treatment plan. The medication I received reflects a different formulation (adding cyline) and dosing level than my progression, which has also been confirmed as a concern by both the dispensing pharmacy (Perfection RX) and my primary medical provider.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly via email (two) and phone (Holley hung up in my face), and those messages have been ignored. As a result, I am now two weeks behind in my prescribed injection schedule and treatment progression. I have already contacted Klarna to initiate a refund unless the original medication I ordered is sent as requested. They are attempting to contact with you to fulfil the orginal order as well or get a refund in full.
I am still requesting a written resolution for either: Overnight the meds I paid for or give me a full refund.

We're sorry for the frustration, the lack of communication, and the way this situation has been handled to this point. That is not the standard we aim to uphold.
First, I want to clarify a few key points. Bliv works exclusively with licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies, and all prescriptions are issued through a clinical review process based on the information provided on your intake and prior treatment history. Formulations can vary by pharmacy and prescription, and any compounded medication may include additional components depending on the prescribing provider’s clinical judgment and pharmacy protocol. That said, you should have been clearly informed of any changes, we did post a notice in the patient portal notifying any customer reordering that we have added a new pharmacy partner and the shipment may look a little different than in previous orders. However, you have received everything that you paid for.
Regarding the vial volume, compounded medications are dispensed based on total prescribed milligrams rather than visual fill level, which can vary depending on concentration. However, if what you received does not align with your prescribed treatment plan, that is something we need to review thoroughly. We would be happy to connect with you and resolve these concerns and answer any questions you may still have. Feel free to call us directly at 888-859-2882 or you can email [email protected].

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that can be concerning.
Vial volume can sometimes appear misleading, as the amount of liquid may look small while still containing the full prescribed medication due to concentration. Our customer support team did attempt via phone call this morning to explain your vial of medication and provide necessary steps for clarifications and replacements.
We’d be happy to help review your order and ensure everything aligns with your prescription. Please reach out to us directly at 888-859-2882 or [email protected].

The package arrived quickly but the syringes for the medication were inappropriate for the dose. When I messaged support to try to get in touch with a pharmacist they said I could only make an appointment with a nurse. I know a nurse won’t be able to answer my questions about the compounded medication and sterility of the product.

We understand your concern and appreciate you raising it.
Bliv works exclusively with licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies that provide customized dosing through a clinical review process, and our nursing team is specifically equipped to help answer questions around dosing instructions, formulation guidance, and escalate pharmacy-specific concerns when appropriate.
Our pharmacy partners operate under strict compliance standards, including sterility protocols, and documentation such as Certificates of Analysis and sterility information can be provided upon request. There are pharmacies in the market that do not consistently follow these standards, which is exactly why we maintain strict clinical and compliance protocols with our partners.
If you have concerns about syringe appropriateness or sterility, please call or text us directly at 888-859-2882 and we’d be happy to help review your questions further.

I made an appointment for a virtual consultation with the nurse and she left me waiting, I never call! There was no apology, bad service. And another thing is that they don't explain how much we have to put in the syringe, a lot of confusion, ml, mg units anyway, who understands this

Thank you for sharing this, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. That is not the experience we want anyone to have.
Bliv works exclusively with licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies that provide customized dosing through a clinical review process, and because formulations and dosing instructions can vary, we understand how ml, mg, and units can sometimes cause confusion. We take that seriously and want to help make sure dosing is clear and understood.
We’d welcome the opportunity to address both the missed consultation concern and review your dosing instructions directly. Please call our clinical support team at 888-859-2882 so we can help make this right.

Bliv works exclusively with licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies that provide customized dosing through a clinical review process, and concerns involving vial volume or dosing should be reviewed directly with our team and, when appropriate, the dispensing pharmacy partner.

We understand your concern. Bliv works exclusively with licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies that provide customized dosing through a clinical review process, and questions about dose changes should be reviewed based on your specific prescription and formulation.
Because formulations and dosing instructions can vary, a change in units or volume does not necessarily mean your therapeutic dose was reduced, which is why we’d encourage having your specific prescription reviewed before assuming it will affect progress.
Please call our clinical support team at 888-859-2882 and we’d be happy to help review your dosing instructions with you.
