The medication remains safe and effective at temperatures up to 86°F (30°C) for 21 days, and it can tolerate temperatures up to 104°F (40°C) for up to 4 days. Even if the ice packs are no longer cold when your package arrives, your medication is still well within safe temperature limits. However, we completely understand why receiving a shipment with thawed ice packs would be concerning, especially when you have experienced this more than once.
