Very responsive

Three months in and feeling wonderful. My packages arrive quickly and I’ve had timely responses back from the prescriber when I reached out with a question. I do find the website a little tricky to navigate but still manageable. Have also noticed my meds are not shipped on ice so I have to make sure to get the package right inside so it doesn’t warm up.

I had a package that showed it was delivered but I did not get it, I messaged the company and at first they were delayed in a response, when I inquired about a follow up they were quick to respond and now are in the process of shipping me a replacement. Very appreciative.
