Superior communication throughout the initial process. Proper instructions with full explanation for what to expect. I am comfortable with review process that determines the suitability for the use of the product. I am confident I will have positive reviews for the upcoming follow ups and future support encounters.

I switched to Levity from another company due to the monthly cost being so much less. It’s the same medication and they started me at the dosage I was taking prior. I received the medication as promised and love the cost savings.

Great customer service, easy to use and fast response times. I recieved my medicine within 24 hours of being approved as they used a local compounding pharmacy.

This was extremely easy. Decisions were made very quickly. The communication about the process was excellent and I never felt as though I didn't know what was going on. With the new overwhelming demand for these drugs and the ridiculous prices for them (in America), getting them from a compound pharmacy is the only thing that makes sense. I was nervous about giving myself an injection but the needle is so small I can barely feel it, and it goes in the thigh, not a vein. I tried a different service last year and they were a mess. I never heard from the doctor after I got a prescription and didn't even know if I had the right dosage. Levity has been great.
