I have been very pleased with the product and find the company incredibly easy to work with. Their shipping is prompt, and the items always arrive well-packed. My only suggestion for improvement is the addition of reminders. A weekly email update, such as a notification that I am about to enter week 7 with a reminder of my weekly dosage of 40 units, would be extremely helpful maybe even a snapshot of my progress as well. You've lost 6lbs since you started or something along those lines

I have had zero issues with Levity. I would love to have a 50% off discount like I was getting from the previous company, but that company was terrible about their undocumented rules and was always messing up my shipments. I have not had any inconveniences with Levity.
