43 years old and I finally felt listened to and believed when I described symptoms that were clearly perimenopause. Everything was well laid out and explained, with options given and the pros/cons of them all. Katie and the rest of the team at Midi are truly helping the forward progress of women's health.

The doctor was not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to me, and I could tell that her commitment to my well-being went beyond just doing her job; she truly wanted me to feel better. I received my medication and referral within hours, thanks to her prompt attention. She encouraged me to reach out through the patient portal with any questions or concerns, reassuring me that she would be there to respond. The following day, I received an email highlighting that notes from our meeting were available in the patient portal, just in case I forgot anything. This was incredibly helpful, as I was feeling emotional and couldn’t remember everything she had said. Her thoughtfulness and dedication to her patients truly shine through! I highly recommend her to my family members and friends due to her expertise relevant to my situation. I received my medication and referral more quickly than any typical office visit appointment. Her compassion for my needs was evident in her tone of voice, body language, and her swift actions to ensure I received everything I needed promptly

My first appointment was excellent - she listened to me and gave very helpful information and suggestions. She was up to date on the latest information, unlike some in-person providers that I have recently been to. I love the convenience too! So happy I found Midi Health!

My provider has been awesome to work with. Not only is she knowledgeable in BHRT but very knowledgeable in overall health as well. Im certain after my last visit, I'm on the right track to getting my life back!

My first initial visit was not so great but Midi's team was very fast with making it right. Luke was very compassionate and helpful when I called to express my frustration and disappointment with my initial visit. Immediately he sent an email to a different department who in turn responded within minutes of my phone call. Molly offered me another appointment to rectify the situation. I am glad I gave Midi another opportunity to see a different NP. I had my visit with Amy Watkiss NP and thank God I requested her after reviewing and researching her bio and education. Wow was she not only a wealth of knowledge but so compassionate, understanding, a great listener, very patient and did not make me feel like a number as the other provider's I've seen have done. I walked away with a reminder to myself that although my first initial visit did not go very well does not mean that NP does not know what she is doing, she was just not fit for me. The way she practices may be the liking to another patient and that's OK cause our care is not a one size fits all. Thank you Midi now I can join the rest of the other ladies who boast how great you are!!!
