I was scared at first to try JoinPolly. Wasn’t sure I would get the same results as a doctors office. BUT it’s better!! Their customer service is top notch!!!! I never have to wait for an answer. When they ship my order I get it the next day. I was so happy with it my husband is a patient now also. We couldn’t be happier with them !!!

Signed up with Polly in May, not using nearly as much of the drug as anticipated, so I skipped the second order. They did send me a heads up they were about to ship it so I easily jumped online and rescheduled. Woke up this morning to a charge on my credit card, they did not email me this time and just processed it. I’m not taking the drug anymore, so I was obviously very upset. Reached out and chatted with Kylie, she was professional, thorough, kind, very understanding/empathetic and resolved my issue to my satisfaction. Heads up that if you reschedule your order, you will not get an email when that date rolls around , so set a reminder. That was a mistake on my part. Customer Service here is phenomenal.
