Customer Support is great! I needed to modify my subscription frequency but was bounced back and forth between the Account portion of the website and Shopify. Customer Support responded quickly to my email and made the adjustment I requested. (Shout out to Ri). It was a pleasant and easy experiment.

They took care of my order fast. When I was concerned about the subscription because I live on disability and money is right and only wanted to try it once , when I mentioned it they took off the subscription and made sure it was just a one time deal for now. Very kind and courteous. I'll definitely order more at some point.
