SPARE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE I think the products are actually good, what is a completely disaster is the customer service and the return policy. I bough an ithem in klearance sale, although they don't actually take returns, the system offer to pay a fee to et "free returns" which actually do not exist. i would have been ok with an exchange and would have bought even a more expensive backpack adding about 150 to the bill, but I can not get a hold of ANYONE, it's been extremely frustrating since we needed the backpack for our mobility impaired dog and needed a quick solution. I've been dealing with this 4 weeks already. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a K9 Knavigate backpack on May 24 based on the advertised delivery time of approximately 5 days. More than two weeks later, I still have not received my order, and there has been no reliable update regarding delivery. The backpack was purchased specifically for an upcoming vacation, which has, of course, been ruined for us, as there is no longer enough time to find a suitable replacement backpack before our trip. For a premium-priced product, I expected significantly better order fulfillment and communication. I do not recommend purchasing from K9 Sports Sack if you need the product within the timeframe advertised on their website.

Bought a pack that ended up being too small. The first exchange was easy enough but then I realized my puppy just wouldn't take to the pack at all so I decided to return for a full refund per the company policy. My refund return ended up being "Returned to Sender" as the hold period expired. So I tried re-mailing from a US-postal-office and I'm still waiting to hear back. I did drop customer support an email and they never even responded to me. Overall, this was a poor customer experience and I would not buy from them again or recommend the company to friends or family.

Bought a sport sack air 2 large in grey sizings not the best as for the plastic clips very poor quality the one at the top broke as soon as we took it out of the bag rucksack returned still waiting for a refund from the retailer we bought it from and out of pocket for postage not the best experience

I bought a Rover sack so I could take my bulldog on cycles. It is a nice rucksack, my dog is safely lodged in it and she can come along. The waste belt came loose the first time we used it, so I complained to the company. They sent me a new Rover free of cost! We haven't had any problem with it and I was impressed by their customer service.

I have bought two of these, the previous model and the updated. They are both very good products. But, do not expect any customer service other than atrocious. I ordered patches for the backpack and when they arrived they are not the correct size. I emailed customer service who replied saying that they can never be 100% correct, for the price I expect the item to be as described and to fit correctly. Since their first email they have not responded to any of my subsequent emails. So basically they are not taking any responsibility for their products nor are they replying to emails and they offer not zero service but less than zero service, I am appalled at their lack of concern for their customers and the way they are more than happy to sell shoddy and unfit accessories.
