Excellent customer service and a great resolution I purchased K&F Concept batteries and a charger through Amazon, but unfortunately experienced an issue with one of the chargers not working correctly. After directly contacting K&F customer service, they were helpful and took the issue seriously. They arranged for a replacement charger AND surprisingly sent two new batteries with it. Faults can occasionally happen with any product, but it’s how a company handles them that really matters. I was very pleased with the support I received and the way K&F Concept resolved everything. Thank you for your help!

Hi there, Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful and thoughtful review. Your words have truly made our entire team's day. 😊 We sincerely apologize that you experienced an issue with the charger — that's certainly not the flawless experience we want you to have. But we're absolutely delighted that our customer service team was able to step in, take the issue seriously, and arrange a replacement for you. And yes — we sent you two new batteries along with the charger, because we believe that when something goes wrong, we want to do more than just fix it. We want to show you that we genuinely care about your experience and your trust. Your final words mean the most to us: "Faults can occasionally happen with any product, but it's how a company handles them that really matters." That's exactly the philosophy we live by. Thank you for recognizing that. We're honored to have you as part of the K&F CONCEPT family, and we'll keep working hard to deserve your trust. Warm regards, The K&F CONCEPT Team

Ordered lens protectors for my insta360 x5 from them on Amazon. They look great and fit perfectly like the name brand ones. But the best part is I dropped my camera and it landed straight on one and it shattered, but protected the lens itself. I reached out to them directly and they offered to send me a replacement for free, and I didn’t even have to go through Amazon or anything. Great customer service and products.

Hi there, Wow — thank you for sharing this incredible story with us. Your words have truly made our entire team's day. 😊 First, we're so glad to hear that the lens protectors look great and fit perfectly — but what really matters most is that they did their job when it counted most. Knowing that they protected your Insta360 X5 lens when your camera dropped is exactly why we design them the way we do. We're sorry your camera took a fall, but we're absolutely delighted that the protector did what it was meant to do — and that we could step in and send you a free replacement without you having to go through Amazon. Your words — "Great customer service and products" — mean the world to us. And we're especially proud that you reached out directly and experienced the kind of care we want every customer to feel, no matter where they bought our gear. Thank you for your trust, your honesty, and for taking the time to share this story. We're honored to have you as part of the K&F CONCEPT family. Warm regards, The K&F CONCEPT Team
