We have used Kloud7 for many years for our phone system. We have been pleased with the system. If we have any problems or issues they are quick to respond and fix them. Stephen Reed has been our Representive since day one. He has been incredable and always available when the need arises. I would highly recommend them. They are a solid company. If you are fortunate to work with Steven, he is amazing!!

As the owner of an insurance agency, our phones are the lifeline of our business. We simply can't afford downtime or poor customer service, which is why I can confidently say that choosing Kloud7 was one of the best decisions we've made. Stephen Reed has been outstanding from day one. He took the time to learn how our agency operates, answered every question with patience and expertise, and made what could have been a stressful transition completely seamless. It's rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with genuine customer service, but Stephen does exactly that. What has impressed me the most is that his support didn't end after the installation. Anytime we've had a question or needed assistance, Stephen has been incredibly responsive and always follows through. It's obvious that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in making sure everything works the way it should. The phone system has been rock-solid, the call quality is excellent, and the features have made our agency more efficient and professional. Most importantly, I have complete confidence that if I ever need help, Stephen will be there. In today's business world, it's becoming harder to find companies that genuinely put their customers first. Kloud7 has done exactly that. If you're looking for a dependable business phone provider with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Kloud7. And if you have the opportunity to work with Stephen Reed, consider yourself fortunate—you'll be working with someone who truly goes above and beyond. Thank you, Stephen, for taking such great care of our agency. We appreciate everything you've done and look forward to working with you for many years to come.

I've been with Kloud for quite a few years now and have always been pleased with customer service. If there is ever a problem and as with any company things happen but what makes them different is they answer immediately and take care of it.
