Devices a complete waste of money my back hurts worse now than it ever has and I've only used it for 2 weeks

The product is overpriced for what you get. I have tried it several time, but it seems to be unable to move the back muscles for someone who weighs 170 lbs.

Inable to get the product to work for More then 10 minutes. Light keeps flashing. Discouraged and thinking of returning this item.

Hi Morris, we're sorry to hear that you didn't experience the expected results from Kyrobak. We're curious as to the frequency and duration of use as a majority of users experience initial discomfort (week 1) but feel an increasing level of relief during weeks 2-4, with best results occurring after 30 days of continuous use. If you're not satisfied, we do stand by our money back guarantee!

EDIT: Hi Charlie, I looked into your issue and found the following. You ordered a Kyrobak on Sep 7, 2015. On Sep 16, you called our Customer Support team to update your payment info. On Oct 2, you called our Customer Support team to again update your payment info. On Nov 11, you called our Customer Support team to begin the return process and a link to a shipment label was emailed to you. All return label links are active for 10 days. On Nov 24, you called our Customer Support team to make them aware that you had all the info needed to send in the return including the shipment label sent to you via email. On April 4, Customer Support received a call from you requesting an update on your return. The return shipping label was not used so we were unable to track the returned product. Customer Support requested tracking information (assuming you had not used the prepaid label previously sent to you) to verify the package had arrived in the returns facility and you stated you no longer had the tracking number. You also stated that you did not have our phone number, were unable to contact Customer Support and felt you were being scammed by Kyrobak. We apologize for your frustration but we do need the product in our returns facility in order to process a refund. Without a record of your return (tracking number), our Customer Support team is unable to process the refund. The phone number you used on 5 occasions between September 2015 and April 2016 is our dedicated Customer Support line. If you're able to provide tracking at any point, please contact [email protected] and we'll happily refund you the purchase price. ------ Hi Charlie, Looking into this issue.
