Happy to hear you found the cabins location ideal and that you had an enjoyable stay. We hope you enjoyed the Biltmore Estates wine we left for your special occasion. Sorry to hear the mattress was not to your personal preference. We'd love to have you visit us again and stay at one of our other cabins.

Great location, our dog loved it. Did notice the downstairs heater has a loud high pitched sound that gets annoying. TV covered it up when on. And the under microwave lights need replacement. Hard to see to cook with dark pans and shadows (no direct light). But these were inconveniences that I noticed but lived with. The owners are involved and take care for f the property. Super clean and comfortable. Great for a couple. Might be tight for 4 people with only 1 bathroom But all in all a great stay!

My wife and I stayed at the Red Bird Cabin for a couple of days while we ran the Hot Chocolate Run in Asheville. The cabin had everything we needed, especially the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub had some problems when we were going to use it after getting back from our half-marathon. The management was very responsive and had a technician out and working on it, but unfortunately a part had to be ordered. We were disappointed, but we were grateful the management attempted to fix the problem quickly.

We are glad you choose our cabins while in Asheville. We do apologize for the hot tub d-ring valve rupturing. Our hot tubs are serviced weekly but sadly these things can't be foreseen. We do hope you come visit us again when in the area.

This cabin was super cute and very clean. The hot tub was ready to go! The cabin was in a really nice quiet area. You felt as if you were miles away on a mountain top when you are actually right up the street from everything! I loved the cabin and the owners were super nice and helpful. The only reason that I can't give it all five stars is because we didn't get good sleep on the first night because the battery in the smoke detector needed to be changed so around 10pm it started to twerp and we couldn't sleep. But the owner came right out when we called the next day and fixed everything right up and we enjoyed our last night!

We are sorry the smoke detector broke that night. As soon as we were made aware we were able to get it quickly replaced. Happy to hear the rest of your stay was enjoyable. Please come visit us again.

We had a wonderful stay. Very peaceful. Cabin was well equipped with most anything we’d need. Plenty of towels, which made packing a lot easier. Only complaints would be that all windows should have coverings and the hot tub chlorine was overwhelming. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Thank you for making our first anniversary relaxing and comfortable. God bless.

Happy first anniversary! I believe your referring to the window covering on the door that backs to the woods. We do plan to add a covering to that window for extra privacy. Regarding the hot tub, we do keep them very clean and sanitary for our guests. Please come back soon!
