The fact that they could promise to do the work in 6-8 weeks was fabulous. They ended up doing the job latter the same week. I spoke with Patrick on 10/11 Seth on 10/12 and the work started on 10/13 and was completed on 10/23

What made the experience good was the gentlemen that did the installation. They both were very courteous and knowledgeable of what they were doing. The reason I didn't give five stars was that after the installation was complete, the dust from the job wasn't cleaned/vacuumed up and the job took three days to do.

Initial visit was a little intimidating as two guys showed up to sell me. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous as it should be for the price paid. Only issue is that the towel bar on the glass shower door is loose and needs to be tightened. It is hard for me to see what I need to do this.

The new shower looks greater and works great but we had a few issues. 1) During removal of the old bathtub they dropped something through a floor opening and broke the tank lid to the toilet downstairs and the toilet seat. They didn't bother to mention this to us. 2) We were told the installers would verify the location of the grab bars in the shower. They did not. 3) The first time we used the shower, the drain leaked downstairs. They did come out the next day to fix this. 4) It seem like the shower is closer to the toilet than the bathtub was. We feel crowded by the shower door when we sit on the toilet. If we knew this up front we might have done something different.

Installer very nice. We ordered the control button to be on the left because my husband’s right shoulder is “frozen” and painful. He is not having a problem using his right hand to control the chair. Otherwise, installation went smoothly, and although the installer showed me, I can’t find the main power button to turn off when we go out of town.

Salesman was knowledgeable about his product fair price, will see how useful it is over next few months, may get another one, and refer others.

Everything was great up until the show.6'3-4" gap in wall. A manager was suppose to call Mon according Mr Ward. No one has called as of thurs.

Our salesman was new. We feel he should have had more training. He was nice and reached out to his boss for answers. This made the whole process longer. We feel the price should be determined by the footage of the track. My mom struggles with the footrest. It seems to be too small, she has to strattle it. Overall it is a great product antd customer service is good to work with.
