Tub still leaking. First Person did not speak English. Second did not want me to call office if my tub still leaked,not showing up when I leave messages.

Poor communication is the big problem. We had a problem with the shower installation itself. Didn’t get anything resolved because it was too frustrating with these people. Done with the inconveniences and the frustration. I would not recommend this company. $14,000 and then chaos and lack of communication. Decided to live with the problem rather than this company’s representatives.

My experience was awful. The work is not good. Patched the window trim, water stands in the shower instead of draining (also on the seat). Additionally, my house was left COVERED in dust that took me a week to clean up and made me sick. VERY Disappointed

Overall, a terrible, inept, misrepresented, lengthy, amateurish experience. Will never use this company again for anything, nor recommend it to others. There were numerous misrepresentations, unqualified service people, terrible communications, missing parts, mis-measured parts and an installation sold as a 1-2 job that took 18 days. Awful. Awful. Awful. Your next question is date of experience. It started September 21 and came close to ending October 10, 2022.

I was very disappointed in the whole experience. When I purchased my package I understand that I was getting a solid tub and instead I got a hollow tub and a surround kit. Products that I saw coming into the home were a lot different that what was represented. I signed the contract one day and the crew showed up the next day- not allowing for the 3 day cancellation process on the contract. I had glue on the floor from removing old tile which I had intended on removing before they showed up but I had no notice on when they would be arriving. They left a HUGE mess for me to clean up, left all of the old plumping, failed to caulk around the tub surround properly, damaged the ceiling about the tub surround and said it was my responsibility to fix and there was no damage prior to the install to that ceiling. I had to call them back to repair. Had additional problems after that. Felt I paid too much for product that I received and felt that sales person was not well enough versed in product that was being sold.

Woefully poor customer service and communication. Have two installs. First one has damage and have yet to get it addressed. It's been over a month. I have to follow up with them on when my next install date is which has moved twice so far. The cost is not work the product or installation. Caulking is basic and should not look like someone smeared their finger to get it in. Poor attention to detail as well. Corner shelfs were loose. The curtain rod provided didn't even fit. If I could take it all back I would.

I was incredibly disappointed that what was written on the order was not what was installed in my home. The shower was to be expanded and it was not. The company refused to correct the error and we are now looking at a tub surround that we did not agree to. I am so disappointed and would never recommend this company. The do not stand behind the work they do.
