They did what they said (but, so far haven't had to test them if something goes wrong). Amazed how the installer was so precise, when installing the chair. It went on the opposite side, however, from where the sales guy said it should be and, it makes more sense where it is. I know it was the right thing to do with running up and down those steps so often. Thanks!

The Leaf Home chair lift has made my life so much easier. With a bad hip and knee moving between floors had become very difficult. The chair lift takes the danger out of changing floors. Delivery and installation was quick, efficient, and clean. The chair also doubles as a block at the top of the stairs to prevent my mother from falling down the stairs. Would recommend you check out the chair - it is sooooo worth it.

Tom was very nice and helpful. Josh did a good job on installation, he needs to get a new shop vac! I was disappointed in Lucas, I had requested that he repair my shower head hose, i text him several times and didn’t hear back with an appointment time. I couldn’t shower. I called corporate and got them involved, they said that the shelf I wanted added to a corner would be $300, I agreed to that but I still didn’t get anyone to my house before i left to drive to CA. When I got home Jerrod came, replaced the shower head and hose and installed the shelf, he did a great job.

How fast the installation was completed just under4 hrs. and made one trip back to the company location during the process of installing.The installers were very friendly an polite and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.I do have a question with regard to grants for seniors Are you a participant in one of these programs? I did not see any ads or info about this until I made the purchase.I would have thought your sales rep. would have mentioned this.Is it possible to still be eligible to apply for a grant because I would have investigated before the purchase if I had known about it. thx in advance for your and reply . I was very impressed with Brandon, the installer. Grateful for the new shower. a little concerned about the quality of the tile installed for the money I paid, and the baseboards were removed and not reapplied. I do wish I looked around a little longer.

fast install even when problems

Our shower is great and was installed quickly! All the installers were on time and very polite.
