Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

The shower pan is extremely slippery even with the no slip strips. After the second pan was installed, we found out we still had the wrong pan. There will be a letter to your safety comity.

May 13, 2021 - Gave substantial deposit to high pressure salesperson because he said if we didn't sign the contract and write a check that day the price was not guaranteed. We were told that the timeline for the install was about 12 weeks. August 2021 - We received a phone call saying they would come on September 15, 2021. September 15, 2021 - Received another phone call saying they were running about 2 weeks late on the install. October 1, 2021 - They came to do the install but after removing the shower and installing the base they took the walls off the truck, and they were not what I ordered. So............ December 30, 2021 - We still don't have a shower - They called and said the walls that they ordered came but they were the wrong size. We have to walk up 16 steps every day to take a shower since we no longer have a shower in our first-floor master. Still.......Waiting.........

Do you Really want us to review our experiences? You broke our contract by leaving the job unfinished and replaced what we had ordered installed with the wrong parts. The plumber installed a clean-out backwards. Your “Customer Advocate” was no help. The man in charge of the “Complaint Department” offered little assistance. The scope of the project was finished by me, when the workers departed and took with him the materials to finish them. Your offer give us a discount was paltry at best. You didn’t reply to my counteroffer. The way we were talked at concerning the condition of our “S..t”house was horrid. Meanwhile we keep getting billed by a finance company that had us sign NO paperwork concerning “truth in lending “ or anything. We had already arranged financing by our Credit Union at a better rate. The cleanupof the jobsite was completed by me, along with having to purchase on our own new flooring and associated parts. The job description on our contract was unfinished and I was forced to hire someone to help. I wasn’t presented any proof of license to work by you or your plumber. I have had to resort to using one of my work benefits to get legal help, which you have yet to respond to! So that’s why I asked if you Really wanted me to respond you for a review. I refuse to give you any good words or support. Wayne A. Unwin Sent from my iPhone

What was supposed to take a day, no more than two to complete the job, took seven months and four different crews. the hold on bars were not level. the shelves were installed upside down and no 1/4" round was installed. plus, I had to pay the first installer $ 150.00 to repaint the sealing that he messed up by scraping it putting in the large back wall, and i paid for the paint. They used my new toilet seat as a worktable for their tools and scratched it all up which I had to get another one from Amazon. It took me a month to receive a check to replace my soft close Kohler toilet seat after the job was finally completely redon by contractor Artim. Also, they only use subcontractors that don't know their products or given any instructions on how to install them. They also use cheap fixtures, as my shower valve was leaking by, and now my sink faucet is leaking inside Wich, I replaced with a Delta, and did not even want to deal with them on that issue. All in all, I do not recommend this company whatsoever.

After waiting 7 months & 2 bases, they still measured wrong. I would never recommend they Leaf Home Safety Solutions in Ft. Meyers, Fla. to anyone! I have pictures to prove my disappointment. Way over priced for the materials we had installed, felt like a bait & switch.

I had nothing but trouble from day 1. Waited for four months for product to come in to install shower. Finally, shower installed but no soap dish and a glass shower door that was incorrect size and had to be reordered. Then a month ago new door was to be installed and it shattered all over the bathroom. Now a new one was ordered that took another month so I had a shower and no door. Finally, yesterday the shower door was installed. Still no soap dish. On top of all this during the initial installation a heirloom gold chain with a cross and whales tail pendant was stolen for my cabinet. I provided a jeweler’s cost for replacement from the jeweler where the items were purchased and still have not heard from the company how they will replace my stolen chain. When I originally contracted with Leaf Safety Solutions I thought I was dealing with a reputable company. I am deeply disappointed as to how my shower installation process had gone. Very poor communication from anyone in this company.

Our contract was signed May 15, 2020. After three separate installations and 2 complete tear outs the final shower was completed April 21, 2021. It took 5 separate crews and multiple calls to the home office to get the shower installed. On the last installation there was a promise by the area supervisor that he would bring his best crew and remain until the job was correctly finished. He showed before or with the crew but was soon gone. He would not return and calls to him were never returned. The whole process left us with ruined rugs, a scratched sink countertop, a $495 plumber's bill to repair a leaking toilet, holes in the drywall surrounding the shower, and a shower curtain rod installed to not fit any shower liner plus with only 1 screw to hold up one end. Would we recommend others to use Leaf Home Safety Solutions? After almost a year of frustration and expensive damage to our home, the answer is NO!

Unacceptable Maintenance Service. We have tried to get service on our stair lift unit for over a month without success. The unit is only 6 months old. My next step will be to have Leaf Home Safety Solutions remove it for a full refund or call my local TV news consumer advocate for assistance. I would never recommend this company for a stair lift or any other product.
