Don't use this company! I've been waiting forc6 months and have been lied to over and over. now they clain to have torn out abd redone the shower but they never have. They have messed up the bathroom so bad it isnt comforming any longer all because they installed it wrong in the begining. Now, some how they have gotten the loan approved which isnt to happen without my approval. they've been out 4 times and have not dealt woth the 2 major issues. didnt use correct mold resistant sheetrock to height required and made the shower 4 inches wider then the contract calls for which makes it onlyv12vinches from the toilet. they scratched the vanity, floor wall and ceiling. very unprofessional work and the management has lied to me. going to get a lawyer if not resolved soon. Again, dont use this company!!! The company asked for more info after the review but only called me directly once and I was at work and couldn't take the call. I was pretty specific on here and they have lots of pictures supporting the failure! Again, I don't recommend this company!

Very disappointing starting with the sales guy selling the fact that they don’t contract work out they have their own employees. Our installer said he is a 3rd party and self employed. This guy never put down any floor protection, coming in and out of house with wet boots and insulation embedded in floors. He went downstairs made a mess, never covered anything or put back table he moved. Sales guy said they clean up everything as my mom is 93 and that was a selling point. He broke a glass shelf, gouged the bathroom floor, and door, and damaged the ceramic toilet holder which I made him at least calk. Also a glass hanging planter broke and all he could say was it’s old. Contractor wrote out a note stating he would replace glass but have never heard back from him. He told me he honestly didn’t have the money to get the glass until he gets paid for this job. I made him clean up some stuff, and he told me that the sales guy should have never told me he would. He doesn’t know any of the sales people he said he had to go thru that company’s training however that’s it. As far as I’m concerned they misinformed my mom who spent her life savings on this, and had to deal with cleaning up for days! The shower looks nice but I would never have had this done if I’d know what I know now. Matter of fact she had a couple friends who were looking for showers but she said she couldn’t recommend this company.

The size of the shower pan was written up different than discussed. The crew left a mess and the shower walls stick out 4 inches more than the floor pan. We have called in a complaint but not heard back yet. The shower water control looks cheap and unfinished.

My bathroom is still not complete I can't connect anyone the numbers I call I get no answer I call them leave a message I still get no one calls me back ok at this point I am very much disappointed with your service just want my job complete why start a job and not finish it not good for business

We did not intend to purchase a lift at this time and the ultimate blame is with us. The salesman was informed of this but continued with what can only be considered a high pressure pitch. I recently had a stroke and, six months ago would have ask him to leave after after a few minutes. I didn't. The salesman knew that we didn't need a lift in the foreseeable future. The parts that we were shown weren't full size so didn't really picture the mass involved. What we ended up is a machine that we don't need or use now and makes our stairs multiple times more dangerous to walk on than they were. I feel that the salesman should have recognized our situation and not pushed.

Original restroom remodel very bad. Second crew did not show up when said and was late when they did show. Shower fixtures do not match, water pressure too low to shower, floors are scratched, trash left on the yard.
